Laura was great from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always there at the end of the phone if any problems occurred! I would recommend Cloud Mortgages to anyone looking for a prompt and professional service but are also friendly and down to earth making the process as smooth as possible! Laura has been outstanding in securing us our first mortgage and getting us into the property ladder. Laura has been amazing from start to finish. It has been a bumpy ride due to all the obstacles in our way. We had so much against us and we were definitely not straight forward buyers. But with Lauras will theres certainly a way! Laura kept us up to date all the way through working around our work schedules and chasing solicitors during her days off! Honesty above and beyond.
