Can't fault this guy. Have used this supplier for many years now for various model making materials and the service has been excellent always from communication to receipt. Packing is noteworthy as nearly all my items are delicate and not once has anything arrived damaged. There may be better model suppliers out there but I've yet to find one.

Brilliant service ! Items ordered Sunday morning were in the post first thing Monday morning and delivered Tuesday morning. Live stock levels are helpful. Massive range at sensible prices and *very* cheap postage (2 at time of writing). Unlike another reviewer I have called in, been served politely, and not charged postage but yes, this is an internet-only shop and visiting is best done rarely.

This might not be truly representative of the store, but it does say share about my experience. I needed just a couple of jars of paint, so I drove over there as I don't live far away. It doesn't say that it's an Internet only shop on their website, so I was quite disappointed to find out there is no in store shopping, which means I'm expected to pay delivery costs for an order of around 3.70, delivery costs that were probably more than the value of the order; needless to say, I didn't buy them and luckily found them in store somewhere else.
