Great shop with a wide range of aids, furniture, scooters and all sorts of gadgets, as well as more items available to order - perfect for elderly or people impaired due to ill health. Service is always lovely and prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be visiting again for more items in the future.

I popped in on the off chance to see if I could find something suitable to help me parents. My dad has a really bad back and my mum is largely wheelchair bound. She found her Scooter uncomfortable and incompatible with her health issues and so was being pushed around by my dad in a manual wheelchair. Both my parents are in their mid 80s. Tim showed me an electric wheelchair that could be controlled by the user or from behind by the carer, I thought it could be the answer. My mum has been driving a car for over 50 years so I thought she would definitely manage this. My parents take some convincing when it comes to change, so Tim agreed a full refund if they didn't like the chair after 2 weeks use. I would definitely recommend this shop and the service given. Some mobility shops only want your money, but Tim really seems to care that the customer is happy with the product sold.
