The fitter was a really nice guy but the elderly salesman is obnoxious rude and untrustworthy. Heavy handed tactics and no communication skills. Avoid at all costs.

Agree with previous review. Roger was arrogant. He didnt tell us that he wanted cash or cheques deposit and got huffy when we hadnt got either. We said wed do bank transfer or pay over the phone but he wouldnt have it and walked out! Very rude. Since learned that the straight stairlift that he was going to sell us was not possible to fit anyway and we need a curved! He has no idea what he is talking about. Avoid at all costs

1 Star is too many, The sales tack tics of Rodger are disgracfull. He would be a great contestant on rouge trader programm with his bully type sales pitch and rude arrigant aggressive manor. Please do not contact Rodger. you have been warned. I used another nice polite company from the NG magazine. nov 2021

If I could post ZERO stars I would! Do not deal with this man ! He was rude and unprofessional toward my Mum when he realised a repair was all that was necessary and he wasnt going to get a sale of a full stairlift! He very forcefully insisted that the existing stairlift was old and dangerous despite it only needing a simple repair that he actually CARRIED OUT, saying it was his Magic Trick honestly this behavior is beyond comprehensible, he then told my Mum hed purposefully broken it again because what he had done was apparently Illegal. Does this scum bag not realise his customers might have FAMILY that are LIVID they dared treat their family members in this way! Avoid this slimy, aggressive, sneaky con man at ALL COSTS!
