Well I've been a few times for a new screen protector, once was last week and not had a problem until I went for another one today. The bloke behind the counter was having trouble getting the broken protector off and asked if he could have half hour for the "technician" to come and sort it. So I left it and went for some lunch and went back after an hour and he asked for another 20 minutes so I did. I went back again and the technician wasn't coming in but he had managed to get the old protector off but he wouldn't put on the new one. I said no problem I'll take the protector and do it myself. He said he couldn't as he had sold it. After wasting so much of my time I won't be using them again
