        Firstly, Jon came straight out to look at the job when we contacted him. He was very courteous and helpful, and also both knowledgeable and professional. The quote arrived shortly afterwards, and as soon as we accepted, we were given a date for works commencement. This was followed faithfully, and the men were friendly, polite and very professional. When the job wasn't as originally thought (it turned out to be not so major) I was fully informed and consulted and the work was completed very tidily and satisfactorily, leaving no mess or rubble whatsoever. I am highly delighted and would have no hesitation in recommending Jon and his team or using them again.
