        I visited this shop to browse diamond rings. The staff were so very helpful. I was so happy with the service I returned a week later to buy a second ring. Just great customer service in a lovely environment. I wont hesitate to return. Thank you!

        I come in this morning I checked my ring if is a real diamond they was so friendly and when I ask how much I need to pay he siad is free I will back definitely best in nottingham levins fine jewellery

        Came in today to get a quote for a ring resize, the man in store was very helpful and honest and recommended a different jeweler for us if we didn't want to be waiting a bit longer (due to backlog). Absolutely love the honesty and helpfulness of the store, shows they aren't just in it for the money
