Everybody has different tastes. Everybody wants something personal to them. Everybody is different. It would therefore seem like common sense to think that any jeweller would understand this. But it seems to me, after talking to many others and hitting a wall, that Excel are the only ones that actually do strive to hear what you're saying! They listen, and they listen very well with personal understanding. And then they produce very high quality work that reflects their understanding of what you want.

Broken diamond ring - after several attempts to get my ring repaired by other jewellers, Excel were recommended to me. Explained ring could not be repaired but they could use the diamonds and gold to make me a new one - actually made me two beautiful diamond rings - white and yellow gold and I love them!! The time and energy that went into helping me decide on the style of rings was very much appreciated - thank you Wendy - and the finished products - amazing talented jewellery maker. The service from start to finish was impeccable. I came in with a customer ring design, was shown gemstones within days and they began making the ring immediately. I gave them a tighter deadline, 2 weeks earlier than I initially asked and they got the ring to me on time. My partner loved it . The craftsmanship and finish on the ring was stunning, exactly what I wanted and more. Thank you so much, I've already recommended them to other people and would recommend them anytime. The genuine excitement and interest shown in the ring made the experience so special. Will be coming again!

Excel Jewellery did a wonderful job repairing my antique engagement ring (an Edwardian daisy ring). One of the stones had fallen out, and Johnathan managed to source and set a replacement so flawlessly that I can't see which is the new setting. Not only that but he checked all the other settings were secure and cleaned and polished the ring, all for a very fair price and very quickly (I had mentioned I was going away and he managed to get it back to me in time). I also have to mention how friendly, kind and welcoming Wendy was - I felt completely at ease leavin such a sentimental item with them.
