Ive been absolutely delighted by the service received from Spruce Tree Lettings. They are such a friendly team, whenever Ive had an issue with any repairs theyve been super quick to sort them out, even when theyve been tricky ones. I cant recommend them highly enough, their customer service is fantastic. Catherine has a no nonsense approach which has been invaluable when problems have cropped up.

I have used Spruce Tree Lettings since 2003 and really rate them as an Agent. They've always provided me with excellent advice and prevented e from making any rash decisions as a Landlord. They are always balanced and will do their utmost to try and ensure Tenants are well looked after, even when they've been difficult to deal with or indeed been in arrears. I highly recommend Jeremy, Catherine and the Team to any other Landlord and I know that most of my tenants will 100% agree.

I've worked with the Spruce Tree Team since 2013. They successfully managed Swift House in Staveley for us, looking after the tenants, money and repairs. I'd be very happy to recommend them to any residential property owner wanting a high quality residential letting company.
