I cant recommend Amber and the team enough! My experience at Keishi Jewellery from start to finish has been a wonderful journey. I wandered into Keishi Jewellery one lunchtime not knowing what I wanted, my 40th birthday loomed and I knew I wanted something special from my husband and friends but not sure what. Amber talked me though some options and before I knew it we were coming up with ideas to design a ring and a necklace. Amber was so patient and enthusiastic and really took the time to explain all the different styles, settings, stones, materials and options we could think about. After we talked about some options Amber beautifully drew up three different designs for me to choose from and then went about sourcing the stones for my pieces. As we worked together on the designs the meaning and the sentiment of my pieces came to life. Amber is an absolute joy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy at every stage. Her communication was exceptional throughout and she regularly updated me on the progress. I have two wonderful bespoke pieces that I absolutely love and I will treasure always. Thank you.

Keishi is my go-to for gifting - for my loved ones and myself! Their gorgeously hand-picked and handmade collections, glowing customer service and full bespoke service (!!!) makes the experience so special, helping me to find and create the most perfect gifts with a personal touch. Particular highlights are the ring I received from my family for my 21st, made to size with a beautifully selected gemstone, and the gold bangle made for a very special relatives special birthday, engraved and to be treasured forever.

Worth more than 5 stars! I absolutely love every experience Ive had with Keishi, whether that be with the staff or the beautiful jewellery they sell. The team are amazing and super helpful, nothing is too much trouble! Since finding Keishi they are my go to jewellery store as they have something for all budgets and occasions. Wont be long before I find another excuse to buy more jewellery from Keishi!

Popped in today for gifts for my daughter. What a lovely little jewellers with beautiful, individual jewellery. The lady who served us was so helpful and warm, and made it such a lovely experience. Will definitely visit here again. Thank you
