I turned up around 15 mins late whilst the agent was there I watched him look at us and drive off given it was obvious we were there for the house. I couldn't let him know before hand due to it being illegal to use phone whilst driving without bluetooth.
No phone call from the agent nor the office and when I spoke to the office, all I got is 'we only wait 5/10 minutes and dont bother contacting you, you have to contact them and that was that.
Having visited hundreds of properties I have never ever not been at least emailed/phoned to ask if I'm slightly late especially when they know I'm travelling such a distance.
To top it all off I've taken time out for work for this all for nothing.
