Had a bathroom fitted this week started 22nd August 2022 absolutely first rate ,quality very good but what impressed us the most was the professional attitude to work ethics ,very polite always cleaned up after a days work ,definitely recommend them

So in June in good faith we paid a deposit of 814 for a replacement shower and was told the company was really busy and a date for installation was for Jan 2023. We have now sold our home do to change of circumstances and I advised the company of this yesterday . I suppose having a valid reason I thought we would get our money back as we had not had the survey done just a free initial consultation and quote and follow up by phone from the salesman. Nothing not a Penny .!! A very nice man said we could have it done earlier in Sept but this wasnt feasible . I perhaps am naive that a good company with a great reputation would have been more understanding and refunded part of our deposit if not all . Just as a good will gesture !!! its a hard lesson learnt.
