        I ordered a couple of holographic jackets via Ebay. At the time Paper Umbrella were offering a deal through the site with discounts on multi purchases and I required two jackets however I needed different sizes (his and hers). Ebay didn't allow you to choose two items of different sizes and still get the discount, just two of the same. I called the shop and got through to a staff member straight away. The lady very kindly amended my Ebay order over the phone and ensured I got the sizes I needed then, after finding out the time frame I needed them even upgraded the postal service to guarantee I got them on time at no additional cost to me. The items have just arrived and they are absolutely perfect! What a fantastic company, 5 star customer service all round. A genuinely customer focused business, definitely recommended, you need to check these guys out. Thank you Paper Umbrella Fancy Dress.
