Second time Ive taken a broken device into them and theyve fixed it quickly with no problems. Guys in the shop are great and very helpful.

Excellent experience. Easy to book phone in and battery replacement and iPhone lightening connector clean was completed in the 3 hour timeframe advised. Polite and engaging staff too. Felt a valued customer.

I collected my iPhone SE20 after repairs but would have appreciated someone to tell me that I needed to purchase a new battery charger. As it was, I used my old charger which initially worked before taking my phone for battery fitting but failed to work with a new battery. The phone was on charger for 2 days and I thought something was wrong. I then went out to test the phone charger only to find that it was the USB charger which wasnt functioning. Had Apple Repairs told me, I wouldnt have wasted so much time digging for information. I now doubt if my battery really needed replacement or it was the charger? In any case, Im happy the battery was sorted, now I have a wireless charger. Full communication is always needed with your customers. We dont know much about phones so inform us when we reach out to you. Hope that helps.
