Fireplace installation Services

With the high cost of gas and electricity we decided to look for a log burning stove. So I tried Trust a Trader for an installer and quotation to supply and install an ACR multi fuel inset stove. I only received one interested party, Tony and crew. As I only had the one quote I cant comment on the costing, but it seemed fair and Tony would tailor the materials to reduce cost, if necessary. There was a delay in procuring the stove of several weeks. Tony kept me informed during this period and chased the supplier. When the stove was delivered Tony and Stewart set two days to come and install. On the day they arrived on time got to work and made very quick progress, keeping us informed of what was being done. They are both very professional and knowledgeable. And the end of each day they left area clean. There was a problem with connecting the flue pipe which involved locating a supplier of a suitable connector. This meant they had to return for a third day to complete the work. All in all we were very satisfied with the resulting installation, and we are enjoying nice warm evenings. Thanks again

Last Friday, the baffle plate fell out of our wood burner. We tried but couldnt get back in. Called Anthony for help and he came round the next day and sorted it out. What a fantastic service.
