        Fantastic fitness classes with something for everyone. The instructor is really motivating and everyone is really welcoming. I have attended both the PWR Beatz class and the Glow Beatz class and enjoyed both although they are different - PWR Beatz is a HIIT class to great music, and Glow Beatz is a fitness party in the dark with glow sticks to a variety of different genres of music. The instructor gives different levels and it is suitable for people of different ages and levels of fitness. The instructor is approachable and friendly and willing to answer questions or advise people. I would encourage people to give it a try.
