        I recently purchased carpets and underlay under the advertising of free fitting. I feel very misled by the salesman when he was explaining that the fitting would be free by doing it as a discount and never mentioned I would have to pay out more on the day to the fitters. Carpets are nice but false advertising on free fitting

        The staff at the Lady Bay United Carpets are exceptional. They have managed to sort out the floorings for our entire house at a very good price and have been very accommodating when we needed to delay installation due to some electrical work. Whenever a problem arose, primarily due to our bad planning of tradespeople, the staff at United Carpets, in particular Shaun, helped us solve the issues where they could.
