Cannot praise the staff or service enough . This was our second visit here having purchased a watch last year . We were greeted by the manager who asked if we wanted a drink which ended up being a glass of Prosecco for my partner and a beer for me - very impressed. We ended up buying a gorgeous engagement ring at a fantastic price and my now fiance absolutely loves it Massive thanks go to Gina for making us both feel very welcome and special Well definitely be returning to choose our wedding bands

Every time I go into the Nottingham store it is always a great experience. Gina the manager is always welcoming and has exceptional customer service and nothing is too much trouble. Its like going in the shop to visit a friend and also to purchase watches. Well done Gina and the team. June and Allan
