        Superb service. Suffering from the dreaded idrive reboot, I drove up from Oxford as BMWMAN were the only people who knew what they were talking about. Polite, patient and very helpful, the issue was successfully revolved whilst I has a picnic in the park! Can't fault the service and unlike everyone else, main dealer or otherwise, the service for this problem was backed up by a "no fix no fee". I shall not hesitate to go back if I have any other major issues. Many thanks fellas. Service: Electrical
