I've recently sold a property through Haart and I am extremely satisfied with the team for all their hard work and efforts. I was met initially by Dinesh, who assessed the property. Dinesh was very friendly and polite and professional and he spent quite some time helping me to understand the nature of what Haart had to offer as a business. He carefully guided me through all the process of selling the house and how he would ensure he achieved the best results for the sale. Following on from that Nathan called me from the office and he dealt with the varying offers and managed to secure a very good deal with a solid buyer. Nathan was also very friendly and polite and professional and he gave solid advice which helped me to secure a very good price for the house. As a result of both Dinesh and Nathan and also the entire Haart team at parliament street Nottingham I have managed to find a buyer within less than two weeks of the property being on the market and at a good price in relation to its market value so I am over the moon with their efforts. Nathan has been extremely helpful and prompt in his response to our queries, going the extra mile and remembering the small details, making the communication much more personable. Kelsey was also very good at our viewing and lovely to our little boy who was very excited about the garden. Everyone we have spoken to has been lovely, with excellent customer service, which has been refreshing and a credit to Haart. We have had a great experience with Haart, we met Scott at the beginning of our property search and he has been sending us emails with properties weekly. Nathan has been extremely helpful and prompt in his communication, going the extra mile and remembering the small details. Kelsey was also very good at our viewing and family friendly as we had to bring our little boy with us.
