As an owner-occupier and first-time Landlord without any knowledge of residential lettings in Nottingham, Im so delighted I chose to go with the team at Cavendish Residential. At first, I was a bit daunted by the idea of renting out my apartment but after meeting Lisa, it was clear I was in the safest hands - I literally left everything with her and the team. Lisa was very ambitious in achieving a great rent (way more than Id imagined), whilst at the same time all legals/paperwork/safety checks/compliance was taken care of brilliantly I didnt have to do anything at all. Thank you team Cavendish, from a very satisfied first-time Landlord youve really put my mind at rest, so much so that Ive pretty much forgotten I even own my flat! Alex

We recently purchased a property through Sam Barker at Cavendish, and if it weren't for his determination, communication and experience we wouldn't have managed to do it. Sam was the thrusting force behind momentum while solicitors stalled, he provided updates when needed, we always felt completely in the loop with him, and he made it easy to trust implicitly that he would do what he said he was going to do. Aside from his impressive experience, professionalism, pragmatism and drive, Sam is a genuinely nice person who is so easy to deal with, and it's clear to see that he thrives on helping people find their next home. Would fully recommend to any and all!

I am currently renting a property in Nottingham via Cavendish Residential and they have been so helpful whenever we have had any issues that need resolving, most recently when our boiler broke and needed to be replaced. They have communicated with us regularly and have been a reliable point of call whenever we have needed any assistance. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property in Nottingham!

Recently purchased a property via Cavendish and the service from Sam Barker and the team was absolutely superb from start to finish. From prompt, helpful viewings through to navigating what turned out to be a rather complex purchase process, Sam was helpful, communicative, knowledgeable and responsive. I dont think I ever waited more than a few hours for a reply to an email, I was informed in advance of any upcoming leave, and Sam was on hand to pick up the phone and sort out issues when they arose with patience and a positive, pragmatic approach. Super grateful for such excellent service and would highly recommend Sam Barker and the team at Cavendish to others
