Basic IT have given me real peace of mind by delivering secure cloud-based data back-up for my company Arch Communications. It's all automated so it's very easy - and at a very reasonable cost too. I definitely recommend this service to others.

My home office PC wouldnt boot up one morning so I called Basic. I hadnt dealt with them before but, nevertheless, one of their engineers was here at 2pm that same day and by 4pm we were back up and running. No fuss and excellent service all on a pay-as-you-go basis. I may never need them again but as a micro-business with little in-house IT knowledge its reassuring to know theyre there! These days IT is no longer a luxury but a mandatory requirement to ensure your company is efficient in the modern business world.
