I have been waiting for an order now for 5 weeks. I have phoned the company several times of which I was told the courier service did try and deliver it. However there was a road closure and there fore had returned it. They have since lost the parcel. The company then said they'd re-cut the product and send free of charge and yet I am still waiting. Was also promised someone would call me and keep me updated on the developments. But again no success. Very poor.

I made a small order of one piece of material which arrived damaged as it had very little packaging. Phoned and they said they would happily send out a replacment. All good so far. The replacement failed to arrive after more than 2 weeks and after several phone calls where they were very polite and offered to send another they essentially blamed the courier and never returned any of my calls as promised. Eventually i gave up and requested a refund and a month after the original order i am still chasing the refund and the replacement that the courier allegedly has never appeared either!

Let me start by saying I do not normally leave negative reviews. Every 2 - 3 weeks I order 100 -200 worth of aluminium from this company for quite a few years now, but for the last year or so I have been repeatedly let down. I have been very patient with them and they have had every chance to leave me a satisfied customer, But sadly they have not made the effort. The reality is, I have been ordering the same thing from this company every couple of weeks for years, and it doesn't take a genius to make sure that the items I regularly order are in stock and ready to dispatch by a reliable courier or one of their own vehicles. After all I am only 30 miles from them and 5 mins from the A1. The one thing i really need for my business to run smoothly is consistency from my suppliers and this is not something that this company is able to deliver based on my experience. Their website clearly states Guaranteed next day delivery for orders placed before mid day, The last 3 orders I have placed with them have all took weeks to be delivered. Nearly all of the orders I place with them are delivered late. If I email them saying when will order number #xyz get delivered I get no reply, If I ring them they will usually promise to deliver it the next day and then nothing comes. At first they blamed the couriers saying they were not reliable, then they assured me it was no problem for them to deliver using their own vehicles because I was not far from them and close to the A1. There have been numerous other excuses since. I am sorry that I have had to write this, but it would have taken very little effort on your part to avoid the negative review and leave me a satisfied regular customer. The total lack of consistency regarding the delivery of aluminium has cost me alot of money and customers over the last year.
