not very happy i had my keys stolen so i had to have a new lock pack they have had my van and all the documentation for 2 weeks without doing anything to resolve the matter .if i hadnt phoned them to see the progress i dont know how long my van would of just sat there for .not very professional i dont think

Amazing service from Harriet, a credit to Mercedes! She knew her stuff and was so friendly and helpful, not once did I feel under pressure to buy. It was visible she was passionate and lived the values of Mercedes. Thank you very much!!
