        Amazing customer service I had a lady called Michelle she was always keeping me stocked up and phone me to see how I was keeping which was amazing because when you get something life changing done to you like a tracheostomy you dont get much support but atos where definitely there for me

        If you plan to use this company for Tracheostomy supplies, you are going to have to fight them tooth and nail. They frequently DO NOT return phone calls, they promise you things and.don't follow through and the person I deal with acts as.if she's doing me a fabour by talking to me. Extremely bad service and unprofessional. If you can find another supplier, I would do so.
