Pragmatism Mediation

We were recommended Pragmatism for mediation and we can see why. They were responsive, flexible and professional. Nickie our mediator was outstanding. We would use them again without hesitation.

I was fortunate enough to attend the 3 day internal mediator course held at Eastwood Hall, Nottingham. The course was fantastically executed, a good mix of theory and practical. Both Pete and Charlotte were great and very knowledgeable.

Here at Amazon Filters Ltd we had the privilege to meet with Charlotte McCourt from Pragmatism that provided us a course on avoiding conflict . The course was very interesting and engaging throughout the day, and speaking on behalf of Amazon Filters I'm sure we all have taken alot away from this course, gaining new skills and knowledge. In my 30th year of teaching and currently being in the role of Acting Head, I was suffering with work related stress. I was really struggling emotionally and professionally and at a pivotal point in my career I went to see Pete, along with my Husband, to seek professional employment advice. Pete was brilliant! I received exactly that, along with a huge amount of empathy and respect. Pete put us in touch with a Solicitor who was able to confirm and reiterate his advice. We know that Pete, and his team, are there for further advice and support should we need it. We came away from our meeting with all our questions answered and all the necessary knowledge Pete had given us which enabled us to make life changing decisions with confidence.
