Tried booking in with Phil twice both times he didnt make it never let me know if he wasnt going to show I had to message him on both occasions to see if he can make personally I thinks its poor time keeping and customer neglect.(Doesnt even deserve a start)

Dropped in on Phil without an appointment for some advice. Just appreciate his honesty and his kindness. I wanted some advice and he told me the truth which cannot be said for many mechanics. Most want to charge you the earth and do jobs that aren't necessary yet Phil is a great guy, will tell you what needs doing and it's urgency level and then you decide. I got seriously ripped off at a well known big garage and what they did was shocking, they did jobs they didn't need to do and had missed things they should have done. Phil's Autos on the other hand are the opposite, will do the necessary work, after consulting you first so there's no scary unexpected bills. Fab garage cannot recommend enough.
