Good afternoon, I thought it essential to respond to your recent review of Harmony Care and didnt know how to inform you other than leaving this review (which may or may not impact on your future business). Whilst I appreciate you were displeased by the paperwork you had to endure (bearing in mind you were applying for a job, in which any employer would require you to undergo a degree of testing, be it academic or verbal). Without splitting hairs over the length of your visit it would seem the decision you made might have been the right one given that you need an essence of patience to work with vulnerable people. You must have been told, whether you heard or otherwise, to inform someone after completing your paperwork so that they are aware you have completed. People work at varying pace. You may find that a degree of the process to show how well you cope with paperwork? Just saying. Id like to make the point that this was entirely needless, muchlike your review, but I wanted to show you how it can effect someones business. Good luck with whatever you decide to do
