Tek Kickboxing | Wollaton

I've got the privilege of regularly attending Tek Kickboxing Wollaton and love the atmosphere within the class; it's unique and ensures every student feels welcome and in a learning environment. The martial art of kickboxing is taught to the highest quality here, as well as promoting and nurturing other qualities mentally, such as confidence. Martial arts change lives and Tek Wollaton certainly is the place to start that journey.

The minute you walk in to Tek Wollaton you know that youve entered a school of martial arts. The environment that Coach karen creates is fantastic and the bond formation and excitement between students is incredible! Tek is the only place to go if you are wanting to learn martial arts to the highest level as well as being pushed not only physically but also mentally!!

Both my daughters have been coming to TEK for almost 3 years now. They love going, there are a variety of classes available to them. Both my girls are eager to get involved in all aspects of TEK and the different pathways they offer. The coaching is first class, and there is a real sense of family when you step through the doors, making it easy for any child/adult to settle in. Both my husband and I have personal fitness sessions with the coaches, a personal training session delivered to meet our individual fitness needs. I would highly recommend checking them out.
