Ive been going to red knights for a while now and am a blue belt. The training and teaching is really good. The coaches are all really supportive and helpful, especially coach Brandon. I feel more confident knowing I have skills to defend myself if needed. Thank you!

Red Knights Kickboxing is a family run establishment that my son has attended for 3 years. He absolutely loves it and has even began helping out on the coaching team. He has grown massively in confidence and learnt not only to defend himself, but life skills that he'll use forever. I can't recommend this place enough.

Red knights have been so welcoming to my daughter who is very anxious around people. she was made to feel very comfortable here from her first day. She loves going and its built up her confidence so much. Also teaching her discipline and respect. All the coaches are so friendly. Definitely recommend this place

My son absolutely loves this club. He has been attending for approximate 4/5 years. The staff are fantastic. Very supportive, encouraging, positive and professional. They have made it fun enough to keep my son engaged for all the years he has attended and he still thoroughly enjoys it now. He achieved his black belt not so long ago and I could feel and see how proud he was that he had achieved this. It really is a fantastic club and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Red Knights!
