        If it's fitness,peace of mind, or strong self defense and fighting techniques you want to learn, then this is the best place I have trained at period. Sensei Terry Lee is very experienced not just in ju jitsu but in many other martial arts and fighting styles.Great coaching and facilities are perfect. Iam now a member and ju jitsu has changed my way of life.
