        My 11 year old son has trained with this academy since he was 6 and absolutely loves it. He has ADHD and the instructors are so patient and understanding with him. It has helped his concentration no end and his fitness has also improved. A very welcoming and friendly place to be, I highly recommend.

        Fantastic martial arts academy .Approchable teachers very professional .Our daughter has been with the academy for 6years and has gained lots of confidence and enjoys every class.

        My two boys started really young at LEFMAA and Tracy has had and continues to have a huge impact on their behaviour. The kids absolutely love it and I love the family feel, the graduation ceremonies and have even started the ladies class which is also amazingly friendly. All ages and abilities are welcome and accepted and made to feel a part of the Academy. Really is family oriented
