        Absolutely fantastic place to train. Owen and the team are excellent teachers and great people. I trained with the guys for a year and absolutely loved it. Due to buying a house and having a baby on the way I can't train atm but as soon as the time is right I will definitely be joining back up again. I honestly couldn't pick fault with the gym or the trainers. Hopefully see you guys again soon. 4 years on and I'm back. Missed this place and all the guys so much. Absolute top quality place to train and learn. There's no corporate b.s. everything is about the students. Love it.

        This place is slowly turning into my favourite place to be! The trainers do an amazing job into getting the best out of you. Every session they encourage you and help you reach your goals. They shine their personality all over the gym so it makes it a fun and positive experience. It makes all the difference learning directly from a world champion
