went for an interview with these guys and caught them out with their lies. Offer you a manager position in 12 months anywhere I wanted in the world. Offered me any salary I said and caught them out it's actually commission. I then mentioned this and told them this is a scam and told the person (whom was being interviewed right next to me for a different company) this was a scam, abnormal company would act in shock at my behaviour, these guys tried to tell me it wasn't and they're interested in me and my ability. (If I was interviewing someone and they kicked off i would more be thinking "I don't want to employ these") steer clear for your own good.
