The guys over at Rusty Monkey are fantastic. They have truly transformed the way we market, as well as operate as a business. The journey started with ourselves trying to find a professional marketing agency to produce installation manuals for our products. I had conversations with 3 or 4 marketing agencies in the area. Before price had even come into it, our decision had been made. Matt listened and, more importantly, understood the purpose of what we were trying to do. Slowly but surely, we have started increasing our retainer with these guys and we havent looked back. Ive learned a lot since getting to know everyone there. The business relationship they offer is far more personal than anything Ive experienced before. Looking forward to the future!

The process was fun and engaging throughout, with the Rusty Monkey team always on hand to answer questions or sort out technical issues. We now view Rusty Monkey as our creative partners and we'll continue to work with them going forwards.

Rusty Monkey have helped us with a number of projects, Including Website Design and build, Digital resources and stories for children and various rebranding activities. The staff at Rusty Monkey really helped us to understand our story and how this feeds into our identity, but most importantly how to communicate this through the website and branding. As a small charity it is important to us to be able to work with an organisation that understands our work and the unique challenges we face. Needless to say Rusty Monkey have done an excellent job every time we have worked with them. We now have a spectacular website and an innovative approach to our branding.

Rusty Monkey attended our office to film a brand hero video. The team was consistently helpful, collaborative, and creative from tweaking the script through to final editing. They made helpful suggestions, incorporating modern animations where relevant, but always still listened to our needs and goals. During filming, they were professional, organized, and made our staff feel at ease to perform their best on the video. They had not seen the site before filming due to COVID restrictions, but were quickly able to develop the plan as we shot. They were thorough in shooting B-takes and filler footage so that we didn't need any rework or additional filming. I'd happily recommend the Rusty Monkey team to anybody looking to create corporate videos! They were also very understanding when attending our site during COVID restrictions, complying with our mask and testing requirements 100%, and ensuring our team felt safe and comfortable throughout filming.
