Avoid at all costs They just waste your time Requested a quote for an awning . Rep said it would be 4250 but said he maybe able to get better deal. Asked three times for a written quote . No response ! Received a text from Hillarys saying they maybe able to offer a better deal if I called Called and was told the price was 4850 not 4250 and there was no better deals . Extremely poor customer service . Not a company to be trusted

If youre looking for a trustworthy reliable company who put their customers first then I urge you not to use Hillarys curtains. My 90 year old Mother was looking at her TV and Hillarys curtains came up with a fabulous half price offer. The sales man / curtains fitter arrived on time and my Mother picked her curtains. She was quoted 815, 00. My Mother quickly said, hang on a minute you have a half-price sale on, the sales person said that is half price love. My Mother loved the sample curtains and at that stage she thought this company was a company she could trust and undertaking the work would be hassle free and that was worth a premium at 90 years old. The sales person / fitter turned up six weeks later with the made to measure curtains. He had measured them 5 inches to long so he asked me her son if I could extend the fixing piece of wood by 5 inches higher, he then said he would come back two days later and hang the curtains. He turned up on time and put the brackets higher up and fitted the curtains, he then asked me and my Mother what we thought of them. The curtains were hitting the ceiling and dragging on the floor, and the 3 circular discs that held the brackets were half on the board and half hanging in fresh air. My Mother was in total shock and I told the fitter there was absolutely no chance of us signing the job off. Two weeks after that a new fitter turned up with a new pair of curtains he said he would come a 9 oclock and actually turned up at 2 oclock and after 5 or 6 phone calls / texts. Do yourself a favour dont go any ware near them. Oh and they gave my Mother 100,00 refund. Never again

Absolutely love my motorised night and day blind. Superior quality, very classy and no more stretching to open and close blinds. Thank you to KESWICK SP -George Mavridis for being so knowledgable and suggesting a solution for my request for both privacy and light, and GLOBE - Andrew Hirst for fitting it perfectly. Ill be returning for more blinds.

Wrong colour blinds fitted customer service rubbish . Now demanding balance for goods that are not what we wanted solicitors are on the case my Mrs is very stressed so lookforward to seeing you in court do not use these people .
