    Bought a tv/cd combo after three and a half years there was a problem with sound rang vision plus customer services they were very helpful and repaired it under warranty excellent customer service will buy from them again

I find it most refreshing in this time to find a company that offers such good honest customer service , well doneVISION PLUS YOU NOW HAVE another LOYAL HAPPY CUSTOMER.

    Plastic casing on my 2012 caravan antenna broke. Emailed Vision Plus for spares expecting to have to pay for a replacement. Spoke with Mark E who offered the new parts required free of charge. Customer service above and beyond my expectations Thanks

    Aerial mount broke because of brittle plastic. Have only owned item for 3yrs so don't consider it fair wear and tear. Email was ignored. Answerphone message was ignored. When eventually spoke to someone said they don't have any spares for the item and suggested I bodge something. Basically washing their hands of the problem. So if that is the level of backup and support you are looking for, these are the people for you. Also they have 2 questions from other customers relating to them and their products unanswered. Obviously a culture.
