Had the best service possible when Owlie went in for her upholstery update. Right from the choosing of the fabrics, discussion with the team who were going to undertake the task, to the finished job, with several added extras not not on our list. We had the use of a courtesy car for the two days needed for the job. Stayed overnight, parked on site with EHU, water and Chemical disposal point. Very reasonable price considering the high quality of the work. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Took our IH motorhome to recentley have a warranty repair to the drivers seat . We dealt with a Lady called Faith , so helpful and curteous and a swift efficient service , nothing was a problem , what an efficient customer focused service " very rare these days ". A lot of other company's and trades people could definiteley learn alot from Premier. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH. Andy & Andrea B

Absolutely fantastic experience, I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you to Jemma, Faith and all the team who welcomed me into their"family"! From start to finish I was helped to choose the colour scheme and material for the refurb! Sooo happy with the result! I hooked up on the premises for the duration! Sad to leave..... THANK YOU X

Absolutely dreadful service, poor communication, no calls returned, less than a week to go before dropping camper off having booked it months ago. We are informed the material isn't available having been asked about sizes yesterday.... We don't trust this company to do a decent job anymore. Something is not right.

Truly outstanding work by the friendliest and most professional team. A great experience from start to finish. We have had two motorhomes refurbished by Jemma and her team and we couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate, they are wonderful.
