Could not be happier with the work done and the service received. We had 2 sets of garage doors made. The craftsmanship was first class, and the attention to detail when it came to fitting was outstanding. Coral and Nick were both incredibly helpful whilst managing the project overall. Highly recommend to anyone looking for premium, quality joinery.

I must say I'm really pleased with my New Stair Case, It was a one off as wanted Glass Raisers but Mark the Owner listened to what I wanted & The Team has done a fantastic Job. Just waiting for final Varnishing to finish it off. But definately would Reccomend them.

I needed some picture rail made as the builder could not find a suitable match. Spoke to Mark at Ilkeston Joinery, visited with a piece of the picture rail, in the hope that we would have a custom cutter. He did not but he organised getting a customer cutter made for me, and in a couple of weeks, I had 5 x 4.2m lengths of picture rail that were a perfect match. Mark was great, easy to talk to, knew what I needed; all the staff were polite and informative. In all, really helpful, great service, highly recommended. Now, I need a wooden arched door made...

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! The standard of work was good enough but no better than that of other companies. The real issue is with this companies organisation and aftercare. I had needed a FENSA certificate in order to show the work had been carried out following the correct standards and had the industry standard certification. It was at that point I found out the company was not FENSA registered. At no point was I advised of this, and I would certainly not have proceeded with this company had I known of this. After weeks of calling and chasing Nick Knoxon I eventually got an email from Coral (deals with the admin side) to say a certificate could be provided via another company that was FENSA registered. Im not involved in the industry but it seems suspect to me that another company can provide a FENSA certificate for work they didnt do themselves. I was told by Ilkeston Joinery it would cost me almost 100.00 for this. As I had already paid 7,500 for 2 windows and a front door to be fitted I refused to pay this. The owner, Mark, told me that he would waive the 100.00 and would sort the certificate out. Almost 2 months down the line this has not been done and I have today been told that they havent even applied for the FENSA certificate. This is the opposite of what the owner Mark had told me, which was that he had sorted it and it would take a few weeks to register on the FENSA site. I have been lied to by the owner of this company and treated poorly after parting with the 7,500 I paid them. There is zero aftercare and they are just bothered about getting paid and dont want any involvement with anything else relating to the works that have been done.
