Scratches, chips marks all over bike paint, handlebars loose and won't tighten and will need a major repair, hole in seat material, broken plastic part on seat. Support offered a 50 voucher for accessories, totally inadequate. You would be better off buying used from a local bike shop. Super disappointing, bike thrown together with zero care by someone clearly not competent to do the job. Sadly this brand has become like many others, do everything on the cheap but charge premium prices, pure profit seeking with no interest or passion for bikes. Avoid Raleigh, they're a poor quality brand with poor quality control and poor customer service but with premium prices in line with quality brands.

Bought a Willow bike from them, handlebars are insecure and loose and the warranty store is a 2 hour walk from where i live. If you're spending this much on a bike i don't think it's too much trouble to ask that it is assembled properly. I've had it less than 2 weeks. Asked Liz at customer service for the information for complaints and she did not provide it. Lovely. Also they're only open 9-5 monday to friday, my working hours so if you want to solve their issues for them you have to either spend your holidays doing it or do it on your breaks. I honestly couldn't be more disappointed.

Purchased a new haibike flyon. my 3rd haibike and the bike broke, 4 months have passed and its still not fixed, I complained to haibike and they sent a reply saying case closed, the bike has had 3 motor (two they sent out are used and faulty) and they can not fix it, disgusting customer service
