My wife ordered another rowing top in November, (money taken at the time), second week of February, nothing. No response to latest email, last correspondence at the beginning of January, nothing delivered, no sign of delivery. Appalling. Do not use. Others are saying the same.

Great products, however the quality of the customer service has completely put me off this brand. It took several months for my AIO to be delivered to an address that I stopped living at, which I only found out after repeatedly contacting customer service to eventually receive the shipping information. That is to say, I never received the product I paid for and I'm yet to receive a refund. It's been almost a year since I initially placed my order.

DO NOT USE! What a terrible company. Even one star is generous. I attempted to order a Christmas present in December 2022 on Godfrey's website, but the website was not functioning. After a few rounds of chasing, I eventually paid for the item via bank transfer, and despite confirming the item I ordered numerous times, the wrong item was sent. I contacted Godfrey's again, asking for the correct item to be sent, but to date this hasn't been done. I've sent countless emails, but only some of them have got a response (others have miraculously disappeared into thin air). I've heard every excuse under the sun, including how the website, internet and phone line is not working. (It's really amazing how a company can operate without a functioning website, functioning telephone number, functioning email, functioning internet and a caring customer service team.) The Christmas present I ordered for Christmas 2022 has still not been dispatched, but hey ho, at least I've started Christmas shopping early this year! Thanks Godfrey Sport.... Unless you're happy to wait 3 months for the item you've ordered, do yourself a favour do not use Godfrey Sport.

Following undelivered order have been unable to contact by phone and they do not reply to emails.

The expected delivery was 4-6 weeks and it was delivered a in 6 weeks. Good quality product. One thing that was a bit wierd was that I didn't get any email updates from the company after confirmation of payment, apart from that everything was fine
