Unfortunately the worst customer service i have ever experienced, took a month to have a reply which i tried to be understanding with but then following this when asking about products was took weeks again for replies, to then be asked to forward my questions to then again be ignored. Contacted facebook they claimed they would get back to me tomorrow and now been two weeks again. Sent a final prompt to be ignored. I dont think any customer service i have experienced has ever been this slow and unhelpful. It borders on rude. So if you know exactly what you want you may be okay here (unless you need to return then you will be waiting months for a reply) but if you need help finding what you need then run the other way and find a new distributor because unfortunately these people dont care.

I placed an order for some flocking glue & didn't receive any shipping confirmation after 2 weeks of no contact I had to create a dispute with PayPal & still no reply from floc-king So buyer be ware they may just take your money & be the flog-king

I ordered the jet black small kit, really pleased with the service and product, came out really well and looks quality. In the box was the black flock, the glue(premixed) the applicator, a brush for the glue and even a paper template to make a funnel to make it easier adding the flock to the applicator. Along side a great set of instructions, it made it really hard to get this job wrong to be honest. Very happy customer, and will definitely use again. Thank you.

I bought this product from these guys. What can I say wow it made boring plastic car parts look outstanding. Instructions supplied very easy just needed to take your time. Will definitely be flocking more parts Thank you
