Having some opening issues with the Chubb Manifoil Mk IV protecting a secure cabinet at work, I messaged Alan. Superb service on getting into a safe where the key had gone missing. Fast work, good explanations on the mechanisms, and replaced the lock quickly. Highly recommended.
