Had this father and son team out today as my back door lock had twisted round, and therefore I couldn't remove the key. Out in 20mins as promised, and quickly and efficiently changed the cylinder (and showed me what had caused the problem). Also, made an adjustment to the door as it was catching slightly when opening and closing. I never mentioned this, or asked them to look at it, they just made the adjustment because, for them, it was a simple thing to do whilst they were there. Fairly priced. Highly recommend.

I called Kenny and he came out within the hour of speaking with him. My back door wasn't connecting to the frame properly, therefore it was causing an extreme draught, you could clearly see the gap between the door and frame. Kenny sorted the problem. I would highly recommend and definitely use again. Excellent service at a brilliant price.
