        Cannot recommend the Alect team more highly - we have used them twice in the last couple of months for different emergencies (a drilled-through pipe in the wall and a boiler repair) having been let down by our home emergency insurance provider and they have been responsive, friendly, professional and efficient on both occasions. Would highly recommend them - now our plumber of choice! Services: Plumbing leak detection, Water heater repair

Very responsive to any work instructions, always come back to me and lets me know when a job is booked in for. Also offers an out of hours service which is invaluable. Reliable and Trustworthy.         We could not be happier with Alect! They carried out an inspection on a faulty electric fire. When they couldnt repair it they quickly sourced an alternative and fitted it without delay. Communication was friendly and efficient at all stages of the process. Great job done - thank you!
