        From the site survey to installation and the ongoing support they could not have done more to make the process of installing the RFID locks stress free for me. I have 60 bedrooms that they converted from old key locks to contactless ones. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner and made sure there was no mess.

        I had trouble getting anyone to give me a quote as I only run a small hotel, but Keystep gave me a straight forward quote. All I can say is the installation was trouble free and the guests love the new locks. No more keys to loose. I love that they have YouTube videos for FAQ's about the locks.

        From start to finish they couldn't have done more. My guests have very high standards, but there was no disruption and the lock upgrade went without a hitch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keystep Solutions if you are looking for a new lock system/
