Sis Asma truly embodied the meaning of life coach! It's unbelievable how much we covered in different areas of my life in only a few sessions (at a comfortable pace too). I love that she knows and adapts her approach according to your personality and recognises your individuality. It was a struggle for me to receive help from other services who apply a one-size-fits-all approach. Also I usually stop seeking help from people as I always feel like a burden but every session I was made to feel truly comfortable and understood that she's truly here for me. Sis Asma also tore down all the other obstacles that usually come in the way of me seeking help. The helpful resources, accountability, prioritising skills, better understanding of myself and organisation tips have empowered me to feel ready for further challenges in life as I can apply these skills to get through them. I have gone from feeling overwhelmed with family responsibilities, low self-esteem, self-hate, crippling perfectionism and prioritising everyone else before myself to ... being more confident in my abilities, forgiving to myself, still considering others but finally making time for myself, more resilient to difficulties through the help of the resources, and slightly less perfectionist. I usually like to leave suggestions for improvement but I honestly cannot think of any. Dua's for you always!

I've just finished my third session with Asma and I can honestly say that the direction of my life has seen a shift with a clearer understanding of my future and what I want to accomplish both personally and professionally. Her coaching style is very encouraging and I felt energized after each session. She lets you think for yourself and each session came with a personalised action plan which we would then discuss the next session. Highly recommended if you are stuck in a rut or thinking about the next step in your life.

If I could, I would pick all possible attributes to add to Asma on a checklist, because in my experience her coaching skills are among the best in the field. I would also add that Asma is compassionate and motivating as a strong sounding board who listens intensely and asks questions that really drive a self-conscious customer into a great coach's action-hallmarks.
