Recently attended a computer course, one afternoon a week for 4 weeks. It was held in the upstairs meeting room, which was chilly every time we attended. On the last session my grandson and I arrived 15 minutes before the course began and had to ask to get into the room and found that no heating had been switched on in preparation for our class. We spoke to the staff to gain access and got the heater going but had to ask for a free standing electric fire to try and get the place bearable. The staff are pleasant and helpful, however I would have expected them to refer to their diary and prepare the room for our session. Some of us had paid to attend and felt keeping warm was the least we could expect.
