        Optimise Accountants (Linette) breached customer confidentiality by forwarding a sensitive email thread to another firm without my consent. This unprofessional and unacceptable behavior damages trust and confidence in their ability to handle confidential information. Despite attempts to reach out, there was no effort made to rectify the situation, or even apologise, indicating a lack of accountability and customer service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Optimise Accountants, and urge firms to prioritize customer privacy and take responsibility for any mistakes made.
