        Originally planned to go with Robert Barber as our conveyancers. They sent the questionnaire to us on 2nd July, and we rang and emailed to confirm a few questions on it. Two weeks went by with no response to our emails or calls so we chose a different solicitor. In September we received a letter from Robert Barber to let us know they had the draft contracts. The draft contracts were sent to them in early July!! If you are willing to wait months for contact from them then by all means use them, but I was so disappointed in their services and down right ignorance.

        Never used them but they got our address from somewhere. 2 Letters randomly for some bloke I've never heard of - letters returned to them. Then this week we get another letter for someone else under a completely different name. I have left a stern voicemail - if that doesn't work then I don't know what will! We have such a specific address, I don't know how they got it, why they are sending letters or why they haven't checked who they are sending these to!!
